The Poodles at Home
Below, you will find a variety of photos of how and where your new puppy is born & raised. The photos are in no particular order and we will be adding to this page from time to time so check back often.
This is the view from the Poodle-Deck" (See next photo). Your new puppy grows up seeing this everytime he or she goes outside!!
This is the "poodle-deck" mentioned above. We built this deck directly out-side the "poodle-room" so our dogs
Poodles LOVE the water and all of our dogs get to go swimming on a regular basis (supervised of course!) Here is Miss Priss, Gabby, & Bo in the water.
Bo, Gabby, Miss Priss & Eric checking out the lake.
Even the smallest poodles take to the water. Here is Maggie, full grown at 3 lb's) swimming away. Poodles are natural swimmers.
Our one "non-poodle" canine family member is Beauregard. Here is "Bo" posing for the camera at about 10 weeks. He already out-weighs any 5 poodles we have all put together!! (They all play very good together though!!)
This is "Maggie" (teacup parti) asleep under a desk with two little apricot puppies. We can always find puppies under a desk! (why I have no idea) To give you an idea of Maggies size, she is full grown here. The puppies are 8 weeks!!
The Cats! Patron, George, Harley, & J.D. Trone is the puppies favorite because he will play with the little ones on a regular basis.
Chow-time! Dinner-time is an experience with 18 dogs. The cats normally sit on the edge of the deck rail and look on in bewildered amusement!
More dogs eating. On nice days (which most are here :) Dinner is served on the patio
As you can see, once the little ones can hold their own (usually about 6 weeks) with the others, they all eat together. Young puppies or the extra small ones get to eat "at a private table"
Lets see, it's a flock of chickens, a gaggle of geese, a herd of cows, and a tangle of poodles.
(Eric, Maggie, & a puppy having a free for all)
Hold still, don't move or the'll see me. Aw, Maggie, you are worthless as a hiding place.
(Sadie trying to hide behind teacup "Maggie")

Bridgett.... Bridgett..... HEY SANTA CLAUSE! I don't see my name on any of these presents. What's up? I'm not OLD ENOUGH to have been bad! Wait a minute, I'd better check over there...
That puppy won't find any presents, I'm sitting on it and I ain't moving!
Now that's one tired Dog! (Those darn poodles just wear out poor Beauregard)
Beauregard, Maggie Mae, and Bridget (at 5 weeks!) are all taking a nap under my husbands desk. They play together, then rest together
Connie with Miss Priss, Gabby Girl, and Andi on her lap. Haley has Cici in the background, and Jay in the foreground has to give equal petting to each poodle. (Connies lap looks like that most of the time)
Come on Miss Priss, jump on her again, she makes a really funny sound when we all jump on her, you to Gabby, your next

Is it a Starfish or Parti Poodle Puppies eating breakfast?
Cool, a new stuffed toy! Hey guys, come over here, it's like a big furry backyard.
No, no! Come over here. There's a big long thing that's wet on the end. It has sharp white things inside and it's making funny noises!!
Puppies Experience the Lake for the First Time!
Woah guys! We're running out of solid ground here. That is the BIGGEST water bowl I've ever seen!
Hey, the really big red poodle jumped in the big water bowl and he didn't sink!! What's up with that? You go ask him. No, you go ask him!
Not me, he's all drippy, you go ask him.
Looks like water, tastes like water, it must be water!
Hey, I've got an idea! Let's walk out in the big water bowl and see what's on the other side!

Woo Hoo! Look Ma, I'm swimming!
Yo, Adrian, pass the suntan lotion over here.

Alway's the protector, Beau keeps close tabs on new puppies when they go outside for the first few times!
Speak softly and carry a big stick.... that's what I always say.
Any object in motion will stay in motion until an outside force causes it to stop.
Newton's Law of Motion: Part 2:
Any object at rest will remain at rest until an outside force causes it to move.
Choc, a teacup shown here at 8 weeks takes his first swim. Even the little ones take to the water naturally.
(On Mouseover) Beauregard shows Choc and Libby (another teacup) the ropes of swimming in the lake.
Even the neighbors Doberman, Tibadeaux helps keep an eye on the puppies and enjoys playing with them.
(On Mouseover) Tibadeaux goes out to check on our son Jay (6).
There is plenty of room in the lake whether you are very little or (on mouse-over) VERY BIG!
Libby-Lou (at 8 months) swims with one of the cream puppy's at 10 weeks! Yes, the puppy is bigger than Libby!
(On mouse-over) Libby says "I don't want to get out yet.
Here is the same puppy above paddeling away like he's been doing it for years.
(On-mouseover) He can't keep up with the older and more experienced Libby-Lou though.
Gabby & Beauregard in one of what seems an endless game of tug-of-war.
